Becoming a Tax Resident in Anguilla
To be recognised as a tax resident in Anguilla, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Annual lump-sum worldwide income tax payment US$75,000
- Ability to transfer 5 years annual lump-sum tax obligations.
- Property ownership minimum US$400,000
- Annual minimum 45 non- consecutive days to be spent in Anguilla
- Establish genuine links in Anguilla, such as bank accounts, memberships.
- Good character & good health
- Annual declaration less than 183 days spent in any other country
- Pay application and due diligence fees
